I waited ten minutes to place an order because the self-service kiosks were all in use. An employee in a blue shirt saw me waiting, but instead of offering assistance, he suggested I continue to wait my turn. I explained that the kiosks were still occupied, and I was wasting time. To make matters worse, other customers approached the counter after me and had their orders taken immediately. Why couldn't they have taken my order as well? One would expect a greeting and a smile, but none of the employees in blue shirts offered any welcome or even a smile. The only friendly face was the Bahraini crew member who was kind and welcoming. He truly embodied the McDonald's standard of customer service. This experience has left me feeling so disappointed that I won't be returning to this branch.
