They remove the orders from the screen before they’re ready (certainly to show better ‘speeds’ in their system), but it creates long waits and confusion, multiple customers have had to go and ask for their orders. Edit: back again (as this location is convenient on my route), and again orders are deleted long before they come out. Faking speedy delivery doesn’t help anyone. Waited 25 minutes for a hamburger and coffee. Every order took forever, complaining all around . Ridiculous. Please avoid, the manager should be fired. Waiting that long should be for a sit down restaurant. Try Harvey’s or Tim Horton across the highway. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We recently stopped at McDonald's and ordered four Big Macs. My wife’s and mine were prepared correctly according to what we ordered. However, my daughter realized—after eating most of her burger—that it was missing the three pieces of bacon she had added (at $1.50 per piece). When she went to the counter to let them know about the mistake, they simply gave her the three missing pieces of bacon. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed overall. When customers pay extra for add-ons, it’s important that the order is prepared accurately the first time. We hope they’ll take a little extra care with special requests in the future.
