This kind of experience is not expected from a brand like McDonald's. It really makes me wonder if the staff are properly trained or not. They clearly lack basic knowledge of how to behave and communicate respectfully with people. Another major issue is their system. They prepare multiple orders at once but then place them into the system one by one, which creates unnecessary delays. Because of this, an order that should be ready in 10 minutes ends up taking 40 minutes. This system needs to be improved, and staff should be properly trained to handle orders efficiently and treat everyone with respect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
