To the Management Responsible for Customer Experience, Management should pay closer attention to staff behavior and ensure that every employee is properly trained, guided, and supervised. Good customer service is not only about taking orders and serving food. It is also about respect, discipline, and the way employees treat people who walk into the branch. In any workplace, especially in customer service, basic manners should be expected from everyone, whether Saudi or expatriate. Loud behavior, careless attitudes, and a lack of respect toward customers should not be ignored or excused. These are matters that can be improved through proper training, supervision, and accountability. The Saudi government’s localization efforts are meant to support Saudi citizens, develop their skills, and provide them with real opportunities to grow professionally. This is positive and important. However, it should never be used as an excuse for poor service or unprofessional behavior. The goal should be to build capable employees who are proud of their work and know how to represent the company and the country properly. As someone who is both an owner and an active part of the workforce, I understand the importance of training and professionalism. I was taught and trained to value respect for customers, colleagues, and the job itself. At the same time, basic respect should also come naturally. Treat people with respect, and you will receive respect in return. A brand’s reputation is not built only by its food, but also by the attitude and manners of the people serving it. This facility frequently operates with insufficient staff, resulting in clear disparities. Today, around 11:15 p.m., I was in queue with one Saudi man. The Saudi national in front of me became agitated, and some of the staff approached him, but he did not take my order. I objected, but he left the counter and told me to wait while he finished his order. I had to raise my voice to get the supervisor to attend to my order. Is this fair??
