The delivery experience is getting worse day by day and they don’t even care. Sauces are never what you order they always give Bbq sauce. Even for the paid sauces they replace it with bbq sauce. Fancy new worldcup menu. Replacing items with standard items. Ordered samurai burger got a regular chicken burger. Ordered the Murasaki nuggets got the regular nuggets. Is this lack of training? Or just lack of customer value. If an item is not available turn it off or remove it entirely from the menu. Cancel the order rather sending wrong items. And oh not to forget an hour long prep time!! This is supposed to be “fast food” Beyond pathetic!! Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1
