There is free ice cream for 3 days thru app, so went there to pick up. Staff was not cooperative and asked that I need to collect the ice cream from drive thru only bcz on app I select that option, com'on man that's not good customer service if I go to pick thru normal counter instead of drive through so staff should handover to me... Pathetic service That's why I don't go to Mcdonald. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This branch is very good, Great experience at this McDonald's! The food was hot and fresh, and the service was incredibly fast. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 20–40

These McDonald's people are very rude to riders and give orders. Their service is not good at all. If a customer is standing outside in favor of a rider, they give him the order first and keep the rider standing.
