What really bothers me is that they mark your order as ready before it actually is — just to hit their KPIs. When you arrive to collect it, you’re left waiting. What matters to their customers clearly doesn’t matter to them. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is my first time in this branch of McDonald's. I was amazed how energetic and fast the staff here, I see no pending orders, no long queue, and I got my food in a minute. A perfect example of a real fast food restaurant. So much satisfied with the service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
