Mcdonalds is an international food chain and mistakes can happen but finding poop in the bathroom floor is seriously big hygienic problem i was a second away from throwing up!!!! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this restaurant and placed an order through the drive-thru. The staff member took the order and asked me something in Arabic, which I could not understand. I politely requested if he could repeat the question in English, but he said he did not know English and repeated it again in Arabic. Since I was unable to understand what he was asking, I requested to cancel the order and started to leave. At that moment, he began speaking in English. I would like to suggest that supervisors ensure that the staff handling drive-thru orders are able to communicate at least basic information in English, in addition to Arabic. This would help customers feel more comfortable and would improve the overall experience for visitors.
