My daughter complained about her burger it was cold and undercooked (soggy). I tasted one of her fries and it tasted like they haven’t changed their oil in months. Commenting for better service in the future hoping someone will make a change. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve had inconsistent experiences at the McDonald's branch in Panorama Mall, Riyadh. While some meals are decent, others fall short. The Diet/Zero Coke is often diluted, which is disappointing. Yesterday, I ordered the Gourmet burger, and it wasn’t fresh—the cheese’s crunchy coating was hard and unpleasant. The quality seems to vary, and I hope they improve consistency. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40
