Subject: Formal Complaint: Unprofessional Conduct and Service Failure – McDonald's - Danube Center Yarmook To the Customer Service Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing experience I had at your McDonald's - Danube Center Yarmook branch tonight, 20 April 2026 at approximately 1045pm. I placed an order for dine-in for 6-piece chicken nuggets and a sprit. After waiting for more than 10 minutes without my number being called or any update provided, I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my meal. Upon reaching the counter, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism. One of the staff members on duty, specifically a Saudi national working the front counter, looked at me and remarked to his colleague, "What does this guy want?" Speaking about a customer in the third person while they are standing directly in front of you is not only dismissive but inherently offensive and rude. As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and respect, neither of which was present during this interaction. This behavior is a significant departure from the hospitality standards McDonald’s Saudi Arabia typically promotes. Due to this treatment, I no longer feel comfortable with this location. I am bringing this to your attention because such conduct requires internal review and corrective training to ensure other guests are not subjected to similar disrespect. I look forward to your acknowledgment of this matter and an update on how it will be addressed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 1–20 Service: 1

The issue of this branch is the staff. They wear masks, but on the chin not covering mouths nor noses. Although the cleaning guy was roaming around sneezing, with a mask hanging on his neck. They use same gloves in preparing food, touching the floor and drawers, cashier machine and their bodies. Respecting the people privacy, otherwise I would share some photos. The health precaution is absent. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 120–140 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
