Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience my companion and I had at your Arcadia Square branch on April 28, 2026, at approximately 8:38 PM. After placing our order, we sat down to enjoy our meal. While we were eating, one of the cleaning staff approached our table area and began cleaning the opposite side of our table. During this time, he performed an unusual gesture, appearing to do a push-up motion, and then asked us if what he was doing was "right" or "okay." Although we found this behavior odd and inappropriate, we chose to respond politely and ignore the incident. Unfortunately, the situation escalated after we had finished our meal. The same staff member approached us again, pointed to a screen displaying some of McDonald's employees with Down syndrome, and remarked that we looked like them. He was smiling in a manner that appeared mocking and disrespectful. This interaction made us feel deeply uncomfortable and humiliated. What should have been a chance to relax after a long and exhausting duty turned into a distressing experience. As a result, we felt compelled to leave immediately instead of enjoying the rest of our time at your restaurant. We believe all customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to address this staff member's conduct and prevent similar incidents in the future. We would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding any actions taken. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40 Service: 1
