Has to honestly be one of the worst McDonalds in the world , plz save your time and money .they never have anyone working drive thru at night .long waits , LOOONG waits . At night they close a hour early and leave mobile orders open so when I placed an order it went through , when I arrived they were closed . I hope a get my refund , I honestly don’t know how this place is still open . Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Passing through from out of state. We drove down from MT. We used a kiosk and asked for dine in. Food was not brought to us. Just left on the counter. The bun was rock hard , and the food was not fresh. The cheese would not melt. We were the only customers in the store. Only 2 in drive thru, and I heard the girl ask the guy if he took the money from the ppl that she just gave the food too that drove away. Ppl want 15.00 an hour n they can't be bothered to cook fresh food when theres only a couple of customers. We actually had to wait for cold food. Wish I could do no stars. Poor Robertsdale Alabama, your McDonald's sucks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
