This is a very bad branch. The night shift is much better because the Spanish workers and a couple of other employees actually do their jobs. But the daytime staff don’t seem to have any interest in working. They keep walking around instead of serving customers and work extremely slowly. Even the manager spends most of the time wandering around instead of managing the team. It looks like no one wants to work. They handle everything as if they’re in no hurry at all. Customers end up waiting for over an hour while everyone does whatever they feel like. They don’t seem to care about the customers. The owner should pay attention because this staff is driving customers away. Either these employees should be replaced, or they need to be held accountable and made to do their jobs properly.

Aside from the extremely long wait time (I had to wait at least 10 mins at the speaker for them to take my order) foolishly of me I did not check my meal before I drove off so when I opened my Big Mac up the bread was hard as a rock. Completely inedible. I’m not one to complain I tried calling the store multiple times that night and the next day. Never once answered the phone. I go back to the store and explain to the lady what happened. She had to call someone and they told her I should have brung the food back, ( I should of but I work early mornings and didn’t want to go back out at night and waste another hour for a mistake that should of never happened) Whoever handled that Big Mac and served that to me lastnight is a disgrace. No one should be served food like that. If they think that’s okay to serve I can only imagine what the back of house looks like. It’s giving dirty and careless. Highly do not recommend coming to this location. A prime example of how people get sick. And let’s not forget to mention how unorganized it is when you walk in there trying to get service. All the employees backs are turned to you and don’t even look your way. A girl I guess was coming back from her 30 min break and asked the guy in front of me “you’re still waiting I took my whole break and you never got your food”? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonald's broke me into finally posting a negative review. The first time I tried this location I ordered from the app for an evening pickup and the place was a disaster; multiple people waiting for food while the employees were intentionally avoiding the register area. I ended up leaving without my food after 20 minutes. I swore I wouldn't go back but foolishly I tried again a few months later; this time I decided on the drive thru, when I pulled up to the speaker to place my order I was put on hold for ten minutes... I won't make this mistake a third time. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
