This is total garbage. I paid 30 dollars for an order—the order itself was fine—but when the burger arrived, it was absolutely tiny, and whoever made it clearly put zero effort into it. Aside from giving me a hard time, they wasted my time, and in the end, I just threw it away because the thought of eating it made me sick—I was afraid that if I complained, they might do something nasty to it. It’s truly shameful and embarrassing. I don't usually go to places like this, but when I do, I expect to be treated and served well. Honestly, this place is a total dump. The manager is the only saving grace about this location. I get to the window to pay, the girl says our order back to us. Somehow we ended up paying for someone else's order instead of our own. We get to the second window , and my husbands window isn't working. We also have to explain the whole situation so we get the right food. I go to the window with the receipt and the moment I start talking to explain what happened... She snatched my receipt and closed the window super fast, so I open the window up to explain why I was trying to talk to her and she escalated the situation. She yells WOAHH... So obviously all the other employees and the manager look some others say the same thing she said. Then she says "you can't open the window, when a customer opens the window we take that as a threat! I closed the window because I wanted to look at your receipt and give you the order" maybe she was just in a hurry but if you see that a customer is trying to talk to you, why would you snatch the receipt out their hand and close the window fast. So at this point the manager steps in and I'm so glad she did because she treated me like a human being should be treated. She was calm and she resolved the issue with the food. This whole thing with the lady at the pickup window made me so distraught. I have NEVER had someone be so disrespectful towards me and then try to cover for themselves, escalate the issue and make me look like the aggressor all at the same time. That is evil. I was literally calm and respectful the whole time. The manager saw that. I cried so much after that encounter. I will not be going to McDonald's ever again.
