I had a very odd experience today. I ordered a large #9 with a Diet Coke and an additional large Diet Coke. The employee immediately entered the order incorrectly, showing a large #9 and a separate large fries. I politely corrected the order several times, but she kept removing and re-entering items without fixing it. After several attempts, she suddenly yelled into the microphone, "IDK WHATCHU WANT! JUS PULL UP!" which completely caught me off guard. When I got to the window, she continued to argue and insist the confusion was my fault, even though I was simply trying to correct the order on the screen. I've ordered this same meal many times at various locations and have never had an issue. The problem wasn't the mistake itself, it was the unprofessional way it was handled. I can’t & wont come back here I made a mistake & purchased a med. Coffee instead of a large I realized that once I waited & received it I said something to what it appeared to be a manager I told her what happened she got in a funky nasty disposition about it the whole time she was helping me I did say something’s in my defense I will admit. she even got rude with one of the workers who was just trying to help thats really no way at all to treat ppl if you can’t handle what goes on in with respect etc at McDonald’s then leave simple as that she had a bun in her head glasses a gap purple shirt etc I just don’t want her to run into a customer who doesn’t mind meeting her where she’s at & going crazy.

First they forgot the chicken nuggets and made the burger wrong and then I get home and this is how I see they put the McChicken sandwich in the bag come on guys this is unacceptable and I hope McDonald's closes this location every single time we go here it's an issue and this is why we go to Wendy's instead at least they don't disrespect the food and the customers Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
