The food seems to be average for McDonald's. The staff has always been pleasant at this location. This location is an easy right-turn in and out when you are coming into Rome via Shorter Avenue. If you are trying to exit to the west on Shorter Avenue/GA 20, use the back exit and make your way to Coosawattee to use the dedicated left-turn lane. I've had maybe a handful of items off by one burger ingredient or something very small scale. And those times were very far apart. The main crew members I've seen working there for a while now, they are very respectful and dedicated. They always make sure I feel specially taken care of. They know me and my kids by now so they always make sure to put extra napkins in my bag when they see us coming. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Biscuit and gravy ! I have no idea what is the level for gravy portion on the item Everytime I order from this store Gravy poured on the Biscuits is so little.. I don’t know if the cook is trying to save for the next day ? I even told the manager at the store but got no help I am a regular customer!
