Went through the drive thru today, was charged for 2 milkshakes when only ordered 1, paid on card but was refunded by cash. Pulled up to eat our food and was greeted with 2 LONG HAIRS on the burger. Opened up my cup of tea to find it didn’t have any milk in (I didn’t order a black tea). Had to then ask for milk. Very slow service and I will not be returning!

Ordered today with just eat, small milkshake missing from order so had to ring up & was told to ask just eat to refund. But persisted and staff agreed I could collect if I walked down to restaurant (I don’t drive). Left eldest daughter at home reheating everyone’s food as it was barely warm on arrival of delivery. Collected milkshake & was given doughnuts as an apology.
Returned home to find my youngest daughter had her fruit shoot missing from her meal ????‍♀️

I have gotta say this is an amazing place and they are super stars had a massive problem with uber eats delivering our food they missed out half our order and had my kids waiting a long time so massive thanks to McDonald's they paid for the rest of our food and sent two of their very own staff out to deliver the food. thanks to them my kids got to eat their tea and no thanks to uber for the disrespectful driver that kept putting phone down on me when I was trying to ask him to collect the missing food from McDonald's. can't thank you enough seriously massive super stars.
