Placed an order at the drive up window around 3:00 pm. I had to wait as did several cars in front of me and two parked in the numbered spaces of the parking lot. Of course they already took my money at the first window which is normal, so you’re stuck to wait unless you park and get out to go inside and wait in line to get a refund. But, to me here is the point, the Big Mac meal was what I ordered, you would think a company that claims to have sold over a billion plus, and who’s whole concept is making burgers would be able to handle a burger order way past lunch time and prior to the dinner crowd. And not to mention the girl who told me to pull up and wait had every place on her face pierced. They need someone who cares about this store and image, apparently management doesn’t nor the owner or franchisee. Food: 2 Service: 1

Came through the drive thru and gave the lady at the first window exact change she yelled "we can't take pennies" got to the next window and asked the next girl why not? We gave her exact change which means she wouldn't be giving us anything back. She got an attitude so she was asked are we getting our food or our money back? She shoved the bag of food at us with no words. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you to the manager on duty this morning 12/12/25. My McDonald's app had a glitch and wouldn't allow my code to show, but money had been deducted from bank account.
