This is a Kiosk only McDonalds to order at. Kiosks work fine but the staff do not replace the tents at the Kiosks so that you have can add a tent number as instructed when checking out. The Kiosk was also out of paper and would not print a receipt. When you go the main desk to get help the staff look at you and do not ask if you need any help. When you call out for assistance, they rudely say “Just A Minute”! Once someone finally came over so I could tell them about there being no paper to print a receipt at the kiosk and no tents being available, they simply printed the receipt and watched it toward me. At the same time the staff says you should have come up here for a tent. I told her that is one of the reasons I was standing there waiting. We all know McDonalds is not a 5 star restaurant but these employees simply act like you are a bother for even coming here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service in this place is terrible. Management makes a mistakes in your order and makes it seem like is your fault. When they are at fault. On top of that they take over 15 min for just ice cream. Management need to be replaced ASAP!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
