I was in this restaurant yesterday afternoon, Sunday 3 November, the staff were constantly listless and mostly disinterested, even in advising the customer. An extra smile and more courtesy would be appreciated, and the third time I have this feeling and I'm not sorry to have to give such a bad review especially for the other McDonalds employees who go to work with a more positive spirit. Anyone who works in contact with the public has the duty to be kind to the customer, regardless of whether the customer can be kind in return or not.
