Its consistent! Service at this location is pretty good. Just wish they wouldn't send me around the building to wait for my food, while they give everyone behind me theirs, but I kinda get it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not where I would go for vegetarian Dietary restrictions: Lol thats really funny

food was undercooked and cold. the workers weren’t very helpful when u tried to ask for a refund. they started getting mad at me just because i wanted a refund for my uncooked food. another thing to add is that the place is a wreck and i couldn’t find a spot to sit that didn’t have half eaten fries on it. not to mention when i asked for sauces, they wouldnt give them to me. I went through the drive thru this morning at 2am. The automated message about the app hadn't finished playing before the "manager" "Luc" had very rudely said "Have a good night, bye bye" and I was suprised by her tone. I asked her if that is what she said and she said "yes, because you never answer me". I was in shock at the level of disrespect i was witnessing. I have never been treated by a McDonald's manager in that manner. I asked her if I could have a minute to look at the menu. At that point I had lost my appetite and I refuse to give anybody my money whom serves disrespect to people. I drove off. I am a white person and I felt like she was being racist toward me, like i dont understand the spanish language. I can comprehend sweetie. I had my 19 year old daughter with me who is half black and she said "I lost my appetite, I'm not hungry now." As well. We agreed to take ourselves elsewhere. I WILL NEVER EAT MCDONALD'S AGAIN. Once I called the manager "Santos" to make a complaint and asked for corporate phone number, he gave me a non working phone number. Dial tone. Very unprofessional!!! There was no, "Hi welcome to McDonald's! What can I get for you?" Avoid this location if you can. Avoid "Luc" graveyard manager. She doesn't play well with others. You should get her some training or give her a new job because it is crystal clear she doesn't like her position. I see i am not the only white person she has treated this way. Racism sucks and I am not the one!!! Do better Micky D's!!! I spent $0. Would have been atleast $40 order. I bought nothing. Also, there was a wierd guy hanging out in the corner like a creeper. Ducking behind a vehicle hiding. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
