Very disappointing experience at this branch. We were with our PWD aunt who is deaf, and one of the staff mocked the way she sounds when communicating. Unfortunately, the staff did not realize that we could hear what was happening. When we confronted the employee, instead of giving a sincere apology, they made excuses and said that it was just how they joke around with their co-workers. Mocking a person with disability is never funny and should never be tolerated in any workplace, especially in a customer service environment. We hope management takes proper action regarding this incident and reminds their staff to treat all customers with respect, professionalism, and empathy. Everyone deserves dignity, especially PWD customers. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500 Service: 1

Absolutely pathetic service. This branch clearly has no standards left. Ang babagal ng staff na parang walang pakialam sa customers, tapos kulang-kulang at mali pa ang orders almost every time . The place feels dirty and poorly managed. The worst part is the attitude, especially the manager, who acts rude and unprofessional instead of actually solving problems. To make things worse, sobrang bagal ng sistema nila that it just causes unnecessary traffic and long lines outside. Embarrassing for a major fast-food chain. We ordered through the McDo app, yet our order was only accepted after 45 minutes and delivered 30 minutes later. To make matters worse, the order arrived incomplete. This level of service is unacceptable. Management needs to address these delays and ensure orders are delivered accurately, as customers should not have to waste their time waiting for poor service.
