I always eat here, it's very good, from the cleanliness, which is reasonable, to the service, however, regarding the snacks, there are days when it's well done and others when it's really poorly done, there's no sauce and a specific complaint is about the potatoes with cheddar. I pay more and the order states large potatoes, however they insist on using medium potatoes and very little cheddar. I've already consulted the manager who says he doesn't know how to make a large potato, look at the average, I pay 4 reais less, so the large one is the most expensive. At 6:50 pm today, I bought a Sunday top at the McDonald's kiosk on the ground floor of the Light shopping mall, right next to the entrance door and the pie kiosk. The McDonald's attendant, who said her name was: Amanda, and that she was alone for everything. He didn't give me the invoice for my purchase, which as far as I know is the consumer's right to receive his invoice or tax coupon. She said: the machine was broken and out of paper and her manager already knew, but had done nothing to solve the problem. Therefore, I did not receive a coupon or receipt for my purchase. The employee, Amanda, takes money and uses her unwashed hand to make the ice cream. He hands me the glass and doesn't give me napkins either. I ask for napkins and she, Amanda, explains that it's over and once again her manager hasn't taken action!! It's unfortunate that a multinational store has such unprepared and poorly trained people: from the manager to the receptionist!!! I ran out of my receipt/tax coupon and had to get a napkin from another kiosk!! No money for employee training and no money for napkins???? Congratulations on turning out so bad!!!
