Ordered at the kiosk for dine in. Was out of receipt paper. When order was ready they called me to the counter instead of bringing it out. Dining room smells terrible as a result of the poor cleaning of the soda fountain. It makes you gag. Fruit flies as well. Chicken wraps were room temperature. Fries were hot and fresh though. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The service is awful. Happy meal missing toy, forgot our drinks, no straws by drink machine. Every time you need an employee, you have to yell into the back and hope they hear you. Wouldn’t recommend.

Why would a McDonald's at a truck stop be closed at 10 o'clock when it's supposed to be open 24 hours, I asked one of the ladies that works at the Loves and she said the reason is because they have high schoolers for employees so they cannot stay open late because they're employees have school the next day which is a ridiculous reason, as an over the road truck driver there's only so many places we can pull our truck into to get something to eat so we come to a truck stop to eat. If you're going to have a restaurant or fast food chain in a truck stop. Make sure you hire employees that are allowed to stay up past 9 p.m and do not have curfews also do not advertise it as a 24 hour restaurant if it's not and they need to put the correct time online. I've done wasted my time getting off the interstate and getting my truck parked when I could have stayed on the road looking for another place. I would just avoid this McDonald's because it's always an issue every time I come through here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
