The level of laziness and sheer incompetence at this location is staggering. I placed an order and only received part of it. I then stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the rest, ignored by several staff members who walked right past me without a single word of acknowledgment. I literally had to yell just to get someone to recognize my existence. When an employee finally bothered to step up, I explained I was missing part of my order. They turned around and grabbed two boxes right off the heat rack. It turns out they were the custom, lettuce-free snack wraps I ordered for my son—meaning the kitchen had actually made them, but the front staff was too utterly clueless to put them on my tray in the first place. They just let them sit there under a lamp while I stood waiting. The complete lack of effort and abysmal service here is outrageously unacceptable. The owner should be thoroughly ashamed of how this establishment is being run. There are far too many McDonald's in the area to ever waste your time or money at this one.

Just ordered from drive thru. Fries came out cold like ice. Chicken wrap is so great that every single bites feels like I’m biting rocks. Strawberry banana smoothie is the worst. Food: 1

This isn’t necessarily a review on this store as much as the company. Service is always decent when I go. However, this is the smallest large fry I’ve ever seen and costs 4.55$. What a joke. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
