I was actually always enthusiastic, but now half of the people don't know German, don't understand it or can't use the devices because they don't know how to do it. I also often received wrong orders because they didn't understand what we wanted. My wife and I have lived in the city of Stadthagen for a long time and have never been to fast food McDonald's restaurant. We wanted to snack on something. On a Friday evening we decided to order something from the mc drive. We both ordered a Coke and a Big Mac. But mine was missing the sauce and my wife's was missing the cheese. When we got home we unpacked it. We noticed it. We got in the car and drove off. There we told the chef what was missing in both burgers. We were yelled at several times. He claimed that we had scraped the cheese out. They threatened to call the police. We demanded to get our money back. The boss said that we should pick it up in Minden. and he said that he could give us the money but he didn't want to give it to us on principle because we had scraped it out, which was a misunderstanding. Our whole day was messed up. My wife has a bad headache because of the boss's yelling. She also took a bite of the burger once but I didn't and when she vomited there were Big Mac leftovers. I've been to a lot of fast foot restaurants but that's the worst experience if I could. Zero stars. Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
