I literally just left and I was okay that we were given the wrong order, however Taisyn or something like that who worked 6/7/26 @ 1:15 pm was SUPER RUDE! My mom is a senior citizen and she kept rushing my mom to move out the line, snatched the drinks that they had wrong (the handed us the wrong drinks), and snatched the bag from Us. I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s livelihood and I understand that everyone has bad days but maybe she is a better for the back if she’s having a hard time and super unprofessional. If that was me, I would have tolerated her better but to be that way towards my mom is another thing. It’s okay because we will never be back to that location however I thought you guys should maybe address her unprofessionalism to avoid further issues. I hope her day gets better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in today at 3:34pm and simply ordered a cheeseburger. instead of management getting all the orders ready, she started yelling at the customers inside about them ordering ice cream. AND when she finally sees my ticket she gives me my cup in a very rude way.i didn’t end up getting my food till 4:10.i am very disappointed in this location and will never come back.corporate get better management. Meal type: Lunch

I really like this McDonald's. The place was decorated so cute to celebrate the Grinch meal. I love that they even handmade posters with Mr. Grinch on it that had cute sayings. They were very sweet about selling me the last of their Grinch fries...those things are just SO good. Solid McDonald's food, no issues with my order. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
