Slow service inside, dine in left over trash & spilled sticky beverages left by previous customers. Seems like every1 works @ a snails pace in there, no matter what time of day or nite... Very disappointed w/ my expensivly gross sandwich! I recommend anywhere by here. This location puts the Mcds name 2 shame. *TIGHTEN IT UP 3RIVERS!

My husband and I ordered breakfast this morning from the drive through. Once we received our food everything was in the bags. We then got our drinks and pulled off. Of course I got a vanilla ice coffee, I took a drink of it and let’s just say all I got was a mouthful of coffee grounds from the bottom. Then had to turn around to go back in and stand at the counter for what felt like 5 minutes before receiving help. Talk about ew. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely appalled by McDonald's tonight! Ordered through the app for curbside at 7:28p.m. Received our order at 8p.m. with missing items. Not unusual but I was upset because we paid for the Grinch meals and didn't receive our boxes. Sent hubby in to rectify the situation and walked into a disgusting lobby and music blaring behind the counter. He asked to speak to a manager and a teenager approached him rudely, threw the socks at him and said we're busy! We called to speak to the manager and were told they cannot refund us for even a portion of what was missing but we could drive back in and they'll fix our order. We live 15 minutes away. She stated over and over again she was the manager but I know only managers can refund meals. I've been in before when they've only had 2 people working and had food ready faster than this and better customer service. I get fast food gets crazy but tonight there was no excuse as there were well over 5 people in the back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
