Even though there was one group (2 people) waiting for food inside, 3-4 drive-through cars, and 1 mobile order (me), I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. It was faster to go to the drive-thru than to order by mobile. McDonald's has been acting strangely lately. what is happening? 2024/5/25 P.S. Park & Go was not available I chose to pick it up in the store, but do I have to take it outside? Is there a shortage of store staff? There were some people wandering around, so it doesn't seem like there's anything missing... The decline in Mac's service is becoming more noticeable year by year.
