Got delivery from this location and it was completely unacceptable. Missing 3 sandwiches first off. But the items were thrown in the delivery bag. Normally they are in a mcd bag then in the delivery bag. Not here. The hashbrowns all not in their wrappers loose at bottom. The sandwiches that did make it are not wrapped and almost falling out too. No straws, syrup, forks nothing for hotcakes. And the bag was sealed. Highly don't recommend Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I keep trying to give this location a chance. TOO MANY CHANCES!!!! I’m so pissed off!!!! Ordered my usual, which is not too difficult. Noticed the receipt didn’t have something right. Told the young lady at the window, she said “ok” as if she was going to let the food preparers know. Get my food and decided to pull up to check my bags. Mind you I paid for the additions I ordered!!! IT WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!! My daughter got out of the car to go inside to let them know— doors locked at 9:50 . She hurried up to the car so I can backup to the window. Told the guy what was wrong, he proceeds to let them “know” AGAIN!!!!! Received my “corrected” food Got home and ITS FREAKING WRONG!!! I was so mad, I “tried” calling and got no answer after 5 attempts. This place is horrible, management sucks, the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! WTH is wrong with them. DO NOT apply to work here if you don’t know how to provide great customer service. DO NOT promote management if you don’t know how to lead. Instead of doing a remodel on the building, let’s try remodeling the skills and customer service of the employees. Stop charging for stuff that you’re not going to provide when it’s ordered. I want to say disgusting things, but not sure if Google allows it. Y’all are real terrible. SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Immediately!!!!! The food is McDonald's that's self explainitory.The service was average at best , but as of lately the team has stepped up and have orders out much quick it seems. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
