Me and my family came in tonight to get some food! My mom couldn't figure out the kiosk so Tricia helped her! She was amazing kind! Very sweet! My mom asked if she was a a manager she said no but eventually would love to be! This is the kind of women we want to see help running the walcott store! Hats off to Tricia! Stopped by this location at 10:39 pm to pick up some food and found the McDonald's sign outside not illuminated...strange? Also could not raise anyone on the intercom or see anyone through the drive up window. Location is supposed to be open until 11pm? Strange. This location has really gone down hill since the O'Brien family sold it in 2021. McDonald's Corp should probably consider closing it or selling it to a franchisee. Service: 1
