I just left the McDonald’s at 151 Littleton Road Westford, Mass and Sam the manager provided exceptional customer service. He was multi tasking and he made sure that all the customers were happy and he provided the food to everyone in a timely manner. This guy deserves a raise for all the hard work I saw him doing the restaurant industry could use more managers like Sam. Thank you so much Sam for exceptional customer service and hard work I imagine this is not an easy job dealing with unsatisfied customers on a daily basis, keep up the great work and God Bless.
