Fries was steal,nuggets was Tough u can tell they was redropped or warmed up, apple pie was cold and rubber. But to be clear I did a door dash order ,they made the order and it was ready for pickup but there were no dasher available, I canceled the order and reorder the same exact thing about 15-20min later. So I had my son turn on his dasher so he could get the order and go pickup it up. We'll he did I went with him because I was super hungry and didn't want my food warm nor cold. Well guess what they did,they gave me my own order that I made the first time instead of re doing a new order,they knew it was old and cold. Ordered fries and a Dr.Pepper. I saw my Dr.Pepper only 80% full and almost no ice and thought that was weird, as I know that's not normal. They then proceed to give me a raw halfway cooked, and completely unsalted large fry. Yet another case of multiple employees not giving even half effort. Wasted my time and money and is completely disrespectful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to McDonald's today, although the food is always like it always is, we expect that. Joel was great, he has great customer service not only with me but with all the patrons he dealt with .. thank you Joel you made me and my son's day very good Joel keep up the good work
