Not allergy friendly! We asked if they could do the chicken burger in a bun without sesame and the manager said "not possible" arguing that they do things differently here than in other countries. Turns out their STANDARD mccrispy burger was in a sesame free bun anyway!! Lovely burger though! Price per person: €15–20 Vegetarian options: Really good veggie burger Dietary restrictions: Manager was really not interested in helping with allergies

It’s my very first day in Croatia, and I decided to visit this McDonald's. I ordered a take-away. The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the staff are very friendly, polite, and hardworking. I especially want to praise a young girl named Nelly (she has a braid). She is so young, but she works so hard and does an amazing job! Big thanks to her! However, I am a bit disappointed with my order (Order #6370). It was my first time using a coupon in the app for a coffeshake 0,4. Unfortunately, I only received a 0.25 ml vanilla milkshake, and the coffee was missing. I paid €3.90, which feels way too much for just a small milkshake. Since I took it to go and had already left, I couldn't come back to fix it. I was hurrying to get the bus #8 at 12:50. Update 25.06.26: today, before my flight from Zadar, I visited McDonald's again and told the manager about it. They were incredibly understanding and gave me my coffee-shake right away! Only 3 of the 6 order pillars worked, meaning there was a long queue for all of them. When it finally was my turn, I tried to pay with my EU bank card, but I got an error and was sent to the regular ordering queue, which was extremely long (and only 1 of 2 was active). However, my bank app showed that I had already paid... So some "manager" (I think? Different outfit) told me to take my number and go sit somewhere. After almost an hour I still didn't get my food, but I figured they were probably busy (it was extremely crowded). But eventually I was seeing people who came in later than me receive their food, so I went up and asked them about it. My order couldn't be found, and upon checking my bank app again, I realised the money had been refunded?! So I had to order again at the regular order area, but there was no menu available, so I had to try and remember everything I had previously ordered (which were 2 things that my country doesn't have). I have autism and I was struggling with the loudness of the environment as well as being hungry, but the cashier was lacking empathy. No one in this place was friendly, everyone just looked annoyed, ignored me or shrugged me off, EXCEPT for Ivan! He helped me to the best of his abilities and was the only friendly face there. So he is the reason for an extra star, so take that as a compliment. He was the only one wanting to deal with a tourist during dinner rush and for that I am grateful. If it wasn't for his customer service I would have left and gone to eat elsewhere, but I ended up ordering takeaway. Thank you Ivan, but shame on you McDonald's Zadar for treating tourists this way. This occurred Tuesday July 15th between 20:00/21:30ish. Service: Takeaway Price per person: €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
