No respect for customers. My chicken mc nuggets were served cold to me. I asked for a change, the waiter hesitated to take the product back, telling me are you sure, then came back within a minute with the same product, telling me it's good.. . this is unacceptable. I had also requested a change of the MC sock I purchased because I already had this color and I was told when the product passed the counter it was not taken back... but what are we talking about, it's a pair of socks and not a consumable product. A little kindness and courtesy for your customers will make them come back, but you won't see me again.
