Shame there is no zero - visited today for breakfast with my husband, wait time 12 minutes (restaurant and drive through seemed quiet). Ordered food asked for it to be hot! Food arrived was lukewarm including coffees - my husband said he would eat his because we had been travelling for quite some time. I sent my Sausage mcmuffin back. Got replacement arrived but by then hash brown was cold and coffee luke warm - hadn't eaten my food asked for full refund - was refunded for my food but not my husband's - was told no refund for him as he had eaten his mcmuffin - complained his coffee was cold - offered replacement only for coffee not refund! The only reason I complained is because I suffer from IBS and didn't want a flare up. This McDonald's is a place we stop off at on our journey. We will never go there again. I have logged a complaint with head office, poor service, poor food quality, poor management. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
