Impossible to order delivery! Since the renovation at the beginning of last year it has been horrible. They've had countless mistakes with me, such as: I try to order through their website and claim that I don't live in an urban area, I pay for extra mayonnaise and they don't send it, I get a free milk shake and I get charged, the snack came exchanged, and the last one was that it took two and a half hours to deliver the order. They also often complain that "they have a lack of bikers", as there is no shortage of these professionals in the city, it is probably the working conditions they offer that no one wants to accept anyway. They seem to do the minimum to make the most profit, a typical example of precarious work. Just one more among so many in Poços.
