We came yesterday to try this place of fine meats. As a lover of good meat I have to compliment you. We took an initial tartar to prepare our palate, excellent quality. Followed by a honey braised meat with polenta and a phenomenal T-Bone from Rubia Gallega! I've wanted to try this animal for a long time and I have to say that it's amazing meat, they cook it perfectly and it's served on a hot plate (so I recommend taking it rare). The braised meat is also excellent, the only note perhaps a little less appreciated is having "grilled" the piece of meat after cooking for 24 hours. It hardens it a bit, ruining the cbt cooking. In any case, 5 stars for the well-kept location, the truly excellent meat, the prices I would say are correct and the preparation of the waiters. Really romantic and pleasant atmosphere. Be wary of anyone who has posted negative reviews. We will be back!
