Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Kenneth. We are sorry to hear that some of the dishes did not meet your personal expectations. However, we would like to respectfully address a few points from your review. Regarding the striploin steak, taste and seasoning are always a matter of personal preference, and we fully respect your opinion. What surprised us was that the steak was eaten in its entirety and no concern was mentioned during the meal. Had you informed us that it was not prepared to your liking, you could simply have sent it back and we would have been more than happy to prepare another one for you. The same applies to the fries and the garlic cheese bread. We understand that not everyone enjoys the same flavors, but all the dishes were fully consumed. In addition, when our staff checked on your table and asked if everything was okay, we were told that everything was great. Furthermore, when three members of you paid separately, each of them was again asked whether everything had been satisfactory, and we received the same positive response. Had we known there was any issue, we would gladly have replaced or adjusted any dish to ensure you left satisfied. We would also like to point out that, as you mentioned yourself, the gyros, souvlaki, burgers, service, and staff were all good. Out of the six dishes served to your table, only one was described as disappointing, while the rest received positive comments. Even the steak, despite your criticism, was acknowledged as being tender and not dry. For this reason, we feel that a 2-star rating may not fairly reflect the overall experience described in your review. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
