I came here with my family today, 6 adults in total. in general the food was okay, but i made the mistake to order a beef steak, a striploin the waitress told me after asking the kitchen.. unfortuneately the steak was served under seasoned, not a hint of salt anywhere, but even worse, it was WELL done, and as a result it was pretty tough to chew. (What kind of chef serves a striploin well done?!) The only good thing i can possibly say about it, is that at least it wasn't dry The fries they served with pretty much every dish was plain and boring, No salt what so ever, but paprika on top for some mysterious reason, nobody at the table liked them at all. We also ordered 2 garlic cheese breads to share, only because the waitress highly recommended them, and said they where very good, but this was just another dissapointment for the table, you could smell the garlic on them, but not really taste it at all, and also for some reason they had paprika on top. So pretty much just plain cheesy bread. the gyros, souvlaki and burgers the others ordered was pretty good they said though. The service and the staff seemed very nice and friendly but the food was not a succes Response to the restaurant: thank you for the reply, i understand you think the rating is a bit harsh. I was told by your waitress that the steak i got was the very last one you had left, so how you could make me a new one is beyond my imagination, no one told you the steak was tender, as it was most definetly not, a typical result of a steak well done. In the regards to the feedback at the table, no one asked me if i was satisfied with the dish, and since i didn't pay for my food at the register but split the bill with the one who did, you didn't get any feedback from my dish at all.. The ones that replied if the food was okay ore not, answered on behalf of their food and not mine. And like i mentioned, the other dishes was fine except for the fries. My family is not as brutally Honest ore direct as I am, They feel uncomfortable giving harsh feedback, i do not. The rating i gave is based on the dish i ordered and not the others as i can obviously not rate something i have not eaten, but i felt it was fair to mention regardless. It is true the entire steak was consumed, only because it was not dry. But i feel the rating is fair based on the food i recieved no matter what peoples personel preference is. Pretty much no-one likes a steak well done, no matter what. In the future your waitress should ask the customers how they would like their steak cooked, as this would have prevented a rating like this in the first place. I Hope i get the chance to come back in the future and leave a better review. Best regards - Kenneth Price per person: €30–35

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Kenneth. We are sorry to hear that some of the dishes did not meet your personal expectations. However, we would like to respectfully address a few points from your review. Regarding the striploin steak, taste and seasoning are always a matter of personal preference, and we fully respect your opinion. What surprised us was that the steak was eaten in its entirety and no concern was mentioned during the meal. Had you informed us that it was not prepared to your liking, you could simply have sent it back and we would have been more than happy to prepare another one for you. The same applies to the fries and the garlic cheese bread. We understand that not everyone enjoys the same flavors, but all the dishes were fully consumed. In addition, when our staff checked on your table and asked if everything was okay, we were told that everything was great. Furthermore, when three members of you paid separately, each of them was again asked whether everything had been satisfactory, and we received the same positive response. Had we known there was any issue, we would gladly have replaced or adjusted any dish to ensure you left satisfied. We would also like to point out that, as you mentioned yourself, the gyros, souvlaki, burgers, service, and staff were all good. Out of the six dishes served to your table, only one was described as disappointing, while the rest received positive comments. Even the steak, despite your criticism, was acknowledged as being tender and not dry. For this reason, we feel that a 2-star rating may not fairly reflect the overall experience described in your review. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving. Thank you for visiting us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family again in the future. Warmest regards, The Meating Point Family

We had the pleasure of dining twice at Meating Point in Argassi, and each time it was an absolute delight! Traditional Greek cuisine, generous and full of flavor, served in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. The food is fresh: the moussaka is delicious, the gyros fantastic (the best of the holidays) and the pork chops perfectly cooked. Our boys (15 and 12 years old) loved every meal! The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming – you truly feel at home here. Our youngest (Stan – the boy with the hat ) even left a handwritten note to say how much he enjoyed the place. A real favorite in Argassi – if you’re looking for a friendly spot with excellent Greek food, this is the place to go! Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
