We have stopped in at different times when we are in town. We like the atmosphere in the bar and they have great food too. The bartender is always friendy and on the ball to wait on us.

Mecca Bar and Grill was recommended to us as a doggie friendly dinner venue by the desk clerk at our hotel. It was within walking distance, so we didn't have to give up our good parking spot at the hotel. Lol. When we arrived, one of the servers told us we could sit anywhere on the patio. Nice ambiance - umbrellas, lights and outdoor heaters. There were a few people playing corn hole at one side of the patio area. Several folks enjoying drinks and food, both on the patio and inside. Our orders were taken right away and drinks arrived in just a few minutes. Our food came out after about 20-30 minutes. I wish the chips and salsa had come out as an appetizer as our dinner was being prepared, but everything was worth the wait. The salsa was really good and the chips were thin and fresh. My Wickenburger was fantastic! Fresh bun, awesome BBQ sauce, a tasty cooked to order patty, delicious onion rings and pepper jack cheese. I asked for no set up, so there was no lettuce, tomato or pickle. It came with extra BBQ sauce as I requested. I hardly EVER eat an entire burger, but tonight I did! It was that good! Oh, even though the menu didn't mention fries under the Wickenburger item, it came with skinny fries, too. A good size portion, as well. The hubby had a quesadilla and said it was very good. Our server was super nice and attentive. If you're looking for a lunch or dinner spot in Wickenburg, I would definitely recommend Mecca Bar and Grill.

Open air place. Relax and kick back. Do NOT be in a hurry. Our burgers were great. Good feel to the place. Everyone was nice.
