I'm not one to come forward to make comments, but my frustration was such that I feel an obligation to alert other customers. I have been, or rather, I was your customer for over five years, ordering almost every week, sometimes even two or more times in the same week. Furthermore, I lost count of how many people I recommended for the quality you offered. However, something clearly went off the rails. It seems that there has been a drastic change – whether in the owner or in the management of the kitchen. My last orders came with a very different pattern than I was used to: at times, there were missing ingredients, at others, the pizza was burnt, but until then I let it go – after all, mistakes happen. However, what happened in my last order, on 10/12, was unacceptable. The pizza was so absurdly salty that it looked like someone had poured refined salt all over it. The embarrassment with my guests was enormous. I had no choice but to throw the pizza in the trash and look for another pizza place at the last minute. When I complained, I received a cold response, without any consideration or empathy. When I tried again to find a solution, the attendant was even more indifferent, categorically stating that my complaint was unfounded. Now, I ask myself: do you really think I would waste my time inventing a situation like that? That I would be seeking trouble if the problem wasn't real? You lost a loyal customer due to your complete inability to resolve something simple. Seriously reflect on your processes, because the quality that once won me over no longer exists. After the owner stopped checking closely, the service declined by 1000 to 5% today Children's Day 10/12/2024 I brought my daughter because she chose to eat pizza and it was a DISAPPOINTMENT, the pizza took 1 hour and the house was not fully full, the salt pizza came cold and when we went with the sweet one, guess what? ICE COLD. I tried to resolve it (the person who served me wasn't even a waiter, it was the guy who brought the pizza and returned to the kitchen), this guy was extremely polite, friendly and tried to help me, but the woman in charge of the cashier said that what she could do was pack the pizza and eat at home or that if I returned the pizza they would try to make another one but it would take time and the distrust on the part of the information about the cold pizza that I reported was clear. I would like to point out that the pizza is delicious, but the ambience is not just about flavor. I ask that you train the team because if you notice that more customers disappear, they may not know what really happened. HERE IS MY INDIGNATION ON CHILDREN'S DAY.
