I'm sorry guys, we wanted to give you a chance because we understand that people are always skeptical towards "new" people and always go to the same places, I would have liked to praise your place today but NEVER FROM YOU AGAIN! But we should have understood it right from the booking, we agreed on a price and after 5 minutes they called me back to raise €5 each due to our request made at the time for a scampi each in the first course and the mixed grilled meat in the centre. Get someone with experience to do the estimates! Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's baptism and first birthday. Despite having specified "square imperial table with external seats only" we found ourselves with a single long table. You didn't want to change it with the excuse that some guests were already seated... 2 people... and the rest of the area was empty. And during the phone call we also noticed disappointment and rudeness! The contract included bottles of wine for every certain number of people, upon arrival we asked to put them in closed glasses, you chose to bring them all rosé and you opened them! The extra ones, as you had already told us, you still paid €15.00 each despite our complaints at the time of payment and the bottles of rosé remaining full. I have celiac disease, I received the wrong dish, and it is not acceptable! The first course with seafood had boiled langoustine, seafood that did not arrive, neither a clam nor a mussel. We started dinner at 9.00pm...we finished at 2am only because we asked to speed up, but without music and entertainment it is unthinkable to take 5 hours, even if with 2 first courses and an aperitif, consisting among other things of counted, we had to ask for more focaccia, and we're not big eaters... and also more fruit-flavored soft drinks, a 1 liter jug full of ice for 38 people! The children's pasta was hard and they were served very slowly. There were only us in the place, and a birthday buffet without catering... Disorganised, confusing and slow service, places on the tables without food, you changed a dish because the initial product requested was not of good quality and that's fine, but the prawns were not they had no flavor whatsoever, not even close! As waitresses, two inexperienced girls and a maitre d' with a funeral face, who seemed annoyed at every request. We are really disappointed, we had to apologize to the guests because we felt we were in difficulty in your place. I have learned that I will only go to places that have been around for years and that provide proper service. Improvising restaurateurs and waiters is never an excellent choice... I was hoping that during the summer you would acquire more fluency and professionalism, but nothing. We asked to leave the decorations to take back this morning but you didn't allow us to, we had to divide everything into the remaining cars. Furthermore, despite all our complaints, you didn't even show displeasure or even deduct €5 from the bill, which would have at least made you more gentlemanly, as well as offering coffee and bitters. At the end of the cake you didn't even offer a €5 bottle of sparkling wine from Eurospin! You still have a lot to learn, but certainly none of my guests will bet on you, nor us. Very aesthetically pleasing place, quiet and relaxing. Excellent quality of the fish, exquisite paccheri with tuna and the fried fish one of the best I've ever eaten.
