I’ve been going here for years and supporting this business but today we had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. My sister was clearly waiting, yet multiple customers who arrived after us were served first without any acknowledgment. When I politely raised this issue, instead of addressing the situation professionally, the staff responded with eye-rolling and smirking, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. There was no effort made to apologise or resolve the situation. Customer service should make people feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We accidentally came across Cardiff indoor market, where my Partner came across Mediterranean foods. And my we were blown away. We were served by a lovely young lady who is an absolute asset to her family business. (sorry we did not take your name). she explained all the foods, gave us samples of her fathers home made fresh mediterranean sweet and olive the sweets and pastry's are made right in front of you, which blow my mind. They looked and tasted amazing we wish we brought more. There are loads of verities of olives to choose from with great unique flavours and not salt unlike supermarkets. simply the best olives we have taste in a long long time. definitely will be recommending to anyone passing through the area. and we will definitely will be coming back for more Thank you both for a great experience from west sussex Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
