Truly best cappuccino I've had in years. I was a little skeptical when l was asked to choose a size (with 12oz being the smallest), but it was shockingly good. The owner actually asked me if I wanted it dry (also known as an ACTUAL cappuccino, and not the slightly foamy latte that seems to be accepted in most of California). The espresso was well extracted, and the foam was delightful. This place is worth stepping off the freeway for if you are passing through. There's also some pastry, bagels, and a small selection of Balkan snacks, but nothing that I would describe as filling. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love me some Medleno Coffee Shop & Roastery. It's my neighborhood go to place. They really do have some of the best coffee I've ever tasted. The baristas are always super nice and never short of a smile. Even though there's typically a line to the door most mornings, it goes fast. Well worth the 5 minutes you may have to wait.
