I love Meesha And we dine there frequently. Food is good. My complaint is that my favorite drink in the universe, the Paloma Perfecta, tasted really off, and when we asked if the recipe had changed, they said they don’t use grapefruit juice anymore, but use lime juice and grapefruit bitters?! What??! the new drink is overly astringent and has a vague citrus taste that was not grapefruit. Normally, we each order two of these, but we just ordered one and quickly left. Please restore the original recipe (which by the way is still on the menu. ) Please don’t mess with perfection. I hope you take this customer feedback to heart. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really enjoyable dining experience at Canteen by Meesha in Fremont! The restaurant has a nice, elevated atmosphere that makes it feel special without being overly formal. We tried the street food platter, Amritsari chole kulcha, paneer do pyaza, and missi roti, along with a couple of drinks. The chole kulcha and paneer do pyaza were some of my favorites—the flavors were really well balanced, and everything was beautifully presented. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for Indian food in Seattle with a more elevated dining experience. Would definitely come back to try more from the menu! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
