I got a signature herbal jelly with red bean and extra taro ball. I know this does not fit into their standard container due to the add-ons, everything overflows, so I asked for it to be in their larger container like what all the other Meetfresh franchises do. They told me they couldn't because they only had their standard container. So I asked them to put it in the mega cup their used for their drinks. They told me "no, we can't". Why? "Because we just can't". Err.. all I wanted was for them to pour my dessert into the freaking cup. So then I asked what if I paid extra for the cup? Still no. Wtf? Every other franchise I've been to allows this, if not for free at least with some kind of extra fee. Why the eff not this one? I'm not asking for anything extra, I just want my dessert in a larger cup/container whatever so I can mix the damn thing without shit overflowing everywhere. On top of that, the guy that served me was rude and spoke in a very lit way like as if I'm asking for something extremely ridiculous.

We came in this afternoon to buy a 1L milk tea and was mistakenly given wintermelon tea instead. I told the young lady serving us (seemingly a trainee) that I had asked for milk tea and even remembered clarifying my order. Next thing I know, the other male worker there rudely interrupted and said that I ordered wintermelon. I did not. He would not accept this and continued to say that I did, leaving me with no other option. Tbh, it would have been fine if the mistake was acknowledged, but instead, I met with disgusting attitude and terrible customer service. I am very disappointed. Thumbs down to you, Mr. Attitude.

I've been coming here for years without problem until recently. I ordered my usual herbal jelly with taro chunks, red bean and sago and was asked whether I wanted milk to which I replied yes. My friend, who ordered before me, was also asked about the milk option but was asked whether she had wanted it separately and was therefore given the milk in a different bowl. We thought it was funny because the milk usually comes in a miniature plastic Dairy Farmers container. When it was my turn to get my order, I was surprised to see they had already poured milk into my bowl. For those of you guys who haven't been to meet fresh, the staff never pours milk into the bowl beforehand, and that's just how I like to also enjoy my herbal jelly - pouring milk when I desire as I like to enjoy alternate scoops of creaminess and refreshing icy cold bites. I asked them why the milk isn't separate and they said "the other one has separate milk because she said she wanted milk when she was asked". Well for one the guy who took both our orders asked my friend whether she wanted it separate but never asked me. They even had the audacity to tell me that milk is never served separately except for take away!!! I've been coming here for years and that's the response they give me which is a complete lie. There is not even a word of apology and the customer service is inconsistent. This milk thing is a small issue and if they cannot handle proper problem solving with such a small problem, how well would they handle bigger problems. They are nice when there isn't an issue but if you question them about the food you ordered, they'll be sure to argue to make a point even if it is complete nonsense. I would not recommend meet fresh in Cabramatta to anyone.
