A beautiful surprise. My wife takes me to Megabono, which I didn't know even though it's from Prato, and as soon as I entered I had a flash. The smells of the dishes brought to mind Sundays at my grandmother's who, the night before, would prepare boiled meat, Prato-style celery, cabbage soup or pasta sauce. The flavors as then, well-prepared dishes and sincere and courteous service. I also got advice on the wines, and again, everything was harmonious and delicious. And finally Renzo, who in addition to being very kind, has made this activity a search for genuineness and authenticity. We'll see you again soon.
