Perfectly cooked fish can be what you need. This bar is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Also, clients recommend Megan Resort because of reasonable prices. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I stopped by Megan Resort to grab some takeaway and was pleasantly welcomed by the friendly lady at the outside bar. While waiting for my food, she suggested I enjoy a refreshing drink, and I appreciated the wide selection available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I settled for a juice, which was lovely. While enjoying the peaceful surroundings, I got curious about the resort and asked the bar attendant how many rooms the facility has. She rather briskly told me it wasn’t something she could answer and suggested I ask “the relevant people", though she didn’t say who that would be. I then asked a passing waitress, who kindly responded but wasn’t sure either, saying she only works on the ground floor. I’m not being petty. I often get questions from friends abroad who are curious about affordable places to stay when visiting Arusha, and I like to share helpful info when I can. I wasn’t asking about availability, just the number of rooms. That said, I believe everyone on staff, regardless of their role, represents the business. A little general knowledge about the resort, especially something as basic as how many rooms there are, could go a long way in creating a great impression. I hope management considers offering staff a brief orientation so they feel confident answering simple questions from curious guests like me. Still, the setting is beautiful and the service at the bar was lovely. I’d be happy to come by again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
