This was my first visit, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor one of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. While the ambience was pleasant, the staff appeared poorly trained and unprofessional. Service was slow and disorganized, and our order was not taken in a timely manner. The overall conduct of the staff detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable experience. Management, particularly the manager, Dorcas should be reviewed, as their conduct did not reflect professionalism or proper decorum. The owner may want to urgently address these issues, as the quality of service does not match the otherwise appealing environment. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
