Overall Summary : A Mess Pros - The toastie was pretty tasty. Cons The side salad with the club sandwich was cheap lettuce drenched in heavy dressing The presumed owner is bizarre. He ran around shouting 'happy days', it was unsettling. The other servers were nice and polite. The coffee was atrocious. As Italians the quality should have been much better. The mugs were absolutely filthy. One had what looked like streaks of fresh blood on it. The replacement mugs were still dirty. When the 3rd mug was brought over the 'happy days' man made a condescending comment relating to asking for an actual clean mug for the tea. A clean mug at a coffee shop is the most basic service that should be provided to paying customers. Avoid unless major quality control, and customer service improvements are made. NB. The name of the cafe is apparently called Little Stories, not Melt. They also apparently have a main cafe called Stories in a different location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
